To live like we do

And, I didn’t get that job.  I’m trying to keep it in perspective and at the risk of sounding bitter, I feel as if though things were decided even before I got myself into the mix.
I’m disappointed.  I like to think that I have a great deal to offer any organization that might give me the opportunity, it’s just getting them to do so that I can’t seem to make happen. 
That, and all my kids telling me they’ve decided they are moving to California, has made for a somewhat difficult week.
